    250 g light whipping cream
    20 ml Almond butter
    190g mild grated cheese
    dripping from cooked meat

Directions

Take pan drippings, bring to sizzle, whisk in almond butter, then warmed cream, then cheese while keeping it simmering. Simmer 2 minutes then serve.
