1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 white onion
2 tomatoes
1 jalapeno with seeds
3 cups Simple Truth Organic Black Beans, drained (2 cans)
2.5 cups Kroger Pineapple Chunks (with juice, 1 can)
1 cup Pacific Organic Chicken Stock
chili powder, cumin, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, cinnamon to taste
Directions
Chop the veggies.
Season the chicken with cumin, chili powder, and red pepper flakes.
Place all ingredients in a crock pot on low for 10 hours.
Season with red pepper flakes, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and cinnamon, to taste.
