Introduction

Ingredients

    4 cups carrot plp from juicing carrots
    about 4 cups bone broth (or beef broth)
    2 tsp ground ginger, or to taste
    1 tblsp curry powder, or to taste
    2 tsp turmeric, or to taste
    1/4 tsp cayenne powder, or to taste
    1 tsp garlic powder, or to taste
    4 cups water

Directions

Simmer carrot pulp in bone broth until tender. Add spices and water, simmer until hot. Correct the seasoning and serve.
