Ingredients

    1 pound salmon
    cooking spray

    dry rub:
    1/2 T of each of the following: paprika, dried thyme, dried oregano, black pepper, salt, sugar, garlic powder

    sauce:
    1/4 cup orange juice
    3T honey
    2 T soy sauce
    1/2 t pepper
    2 t corn starch


Tips

Salmon filets and steaks work equally well. I use the George Forman grill to make this recipe.


Directions

Combine all dry ingredients, lightly spray fish with cooking spray and apply dry rub liberally to both sides of fish, place on grill for 5 mins, flip and grill another 5 mins until salmon is firm.

While fish is grilling, combine all sauce ingredients in a small sauce pan. Heat over med heat until thickened. Apply glaze before serving.

Serving Size: makes 4- 4 oz. pieces
