Ingredients

    Cooking Spray
    Onions, raw, 1/2 cup, chopped
    Ocean Spray Reduced Sugar Craisins, 2 Tbsp
    Turkey breast meat, 4 ounce(s)
    Sage, ground, 1/4 tsp
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup
    Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 0.25 tsp
    Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Original Cheese 2 wedges

Tips

Serve nicely with a side of fruit.


Directions

In a saute pan over medium heat sprayed with cooking spray combine onion, craisins, and sage saute until lightly caramelized about 2 minutes. Add in diced turkey and saute for remaining 3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. Spray pan with cooking spray again and add egg and Mrs Dash to the pan. Add laughing cow wedges cut into small pieces and add turkey mixture back to top on one side of egg mixture. Once egg is form on other side fold over omelet and plate.
