Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Aroy-D Coconut Milk, full fat, canned
    1/4 cup Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin
    4 tbsp Naturade Whey Powder: 1 scoop = 2 T=10 g
    1 cup Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable
    8 drops stevia (cinnamon stevia is good)
    1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/8 teaspoon allspice)

Tips

You can add ice if you like. This tastes best chilled.
