Ingredients

    2.5 lbs ground turkey
    4 egg whites
    1 whole egg
    3/4 c Italian bread crumbs
    3 Tbs grated Parmesan cheese
    Salt
    Pepper
    Garlic Powder
    Onion Powder
    Dried Cilantro
    Dried Itslian Seasoning

Tips

I make a big batch so I can freeze. They make such a quick go to meal for lunch or dinner.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. All seasonings are to taste. I cover meat in thin layer with everything but salt and pepper. Use as much or little as you'd like.

Form into meatballs.

Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
