Ingredients

    1 Package Morning Star Crumbles (or any other meat substitute)
    8-10 Hard Taco Shells
    ¼ Cup Mild Taco Sauce
    2 Tsp Taco Seasoning (I packet of mix works great)
    Garnish – Shredded Iceberg Lettuce, Diced Tomatoes, Refried Beans, Salsa, Shredded Cheese, Grated Carrots, Grated Red Cabbage

Tips

I layer the tacos like this; taco shell, refried beans, crumbles, lettuce, red cabbage, carrots, cheese, tomatoes, then salsa.
Nutrition facts include all garnishes


Directions

Heat crumbles in a non-stick pan on medium.
Add seasoning and taco sauce. You can also add salsa.
Once mixed well, cook thoroughly.
Add all garnishes and serve.
