Introduction

Not only low cal & low fat, but also budget friendly Not only low cal & low fat, but also budget friendly
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

5 Medium Russet Potatoes- peeled and cut into large cubes
1.5 cup of baby carrots halved
Half of a Large head of Cabbage roughly chopped
    1 Med onion quartered
1 pork chop raw, bone & excess fat removed
Salt, Pepper, Thyme, & Rosemary, or whatever seasonings that are preferred- I use about a tsp each
water- enough to cover all ingredients

Tips

For more flavor (but more calories) add chicken stock with or in place of water. If you cant cover the other ingredients completely with water that's okay, as the ingredient soften and get smaller they will either submerge on their own or you can add more water later.
Whenever using raw meat in a crock pot, its best to add that towards the lower half of the crock pot along with the other ingredients that take longer to cook, like the cabbage and potatoes.
Also, I have a larger crock pot, if you have a smaller one then reduce the amount of ingredients.

Directions

Add all ingredients to a crock pot and cook on low at least 8 hours or high for 6.
