Ingredients

    1 medium apple (any type) peeled, cored
    1 - 2 tablespoons splenda
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 cup low calorie orange juice

Directions

Place apple in microwave. Sprinkle splenda and cinnamon over apple. Then pour orange juice over top. Microwave on high for 2 1/2 mins. Flip apple over and then microwave for another 30 seconds.

    Really good! I never would have thought to bake an apple in the microwave. 2 TBS of Splenda seemed like a lot though, I only used about 2 tsp. - 3/1/10
