Ingredients

    1/4 cup pumpkin puree
    1 cup Almond Milk
    1 scoop protein powder
    1 tsp (or to taste) Pumpkin Pie Spice

Tips

I preferred a sweetener added.


Directions

In your blender put the Almond milk in first and then the rest of the ingredients. Blend on burst mode until mixed.
