Ingredients

    cup chicken broth
    1 tablespoon dry white wine
    1- teaspoons fresh lemon juice
    lemon, thinly slided
    2 (4 ounce) Sea Best Haddock Fillets or Swai Fish or other fish,thawed

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350˚F.
2. Pour the chicken broth, white wine and lemon juice into a 9" x 9" x 2" baking dish.
3. Layer the fish in the baking dish.
4. Top the fish with the lemon slices.
5. Bake, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings of fish.

    Easy to make. Does need a little more flavor, maybe a little tarragon or thyme. I'll try that next time. - 3/13/16

    Easy and quick. I took the suggestion made and added a sprinkling of dried thyme and a dash of salt. I forgot to put the sliced lemon, so will have to do it again. - 1/9/20
