½ cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon dry white wine
1-½ teaspoons fresh lemon juice
½ lemon, thinly slided
2 (4 ounce) Sea Best Haddock Fillets or Swai Fish or other fish,thawed
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350˚F.
2. Pour the chicken broth, white wine and lemon juice into a 9" x 9" x 2" baking dish.
3. Layer the fish in the baking dish.
4. Top the fish with the lemon slices.
5. Bake, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serving Size: Makes 2 servings of fish.
