Ingredients

    3 large whole eggs
    3 egg whites
    1 c. shredded zucchini
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    4 oz. crumbled goat cheese

Directions

Mix all ingredients together into an 8 x8 pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
