Ingredients

    1/2 package Grimmway farms Petite Carrots
    2 large celery stalks
    1 larger summer squash
    2 smaller zucchini (or 1 larger)
    1 can diced potatoes
    1 can whole corn kernels
    2 boxes of chicken broth (Low sodium swanson)
    1 package Buitoni Mixed cheese tortellini

Tips

I actually ran out of room in my crockpot for the tortellini so I cooked them separate on the stove and added them into the crockpot for the final 30 minutes... it was VERY full but did not spill over if I left the cover cracked open.


Directions

Chop all veggies, combine with broth in crockpot, cook on high for 2 1/2 hours. Stir occasionally.

Once time has passed, add tortellini to crockpot and keep on high for 1 more hour.

Serving Size: Makes 12 1 cup servings
