Introduction
I adapted the recipe "No Bake Energy Bites" for a friend who is not eating added sugar due to fighting cancer...This "treat" is not sweet, but is still a treat for her :) I even enjoy them after a working out! Ingredients

1 c oatmeal
1/2 c toasted pecans
1/2 c MaraNatha almond butter, crunchy (does have a little cane sugar in it, but less than 1 gram in each ball)
1/2 c ground flaxseed
2 Tbs applesauce, natural
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Mix all together; I "melt" the almond butter a little on low power in the microwave and mix in the applesauce and vanilla, then add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients. Roll into small balls (I use my cookie scoop). Refrigerate to set and Enjoy!
