Ingredients

    Chopped or whole kale, fresh, 2 cups
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
    Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 0.25 cup
    Silk Almond milk, unsweetened 30 calories/1cup
    Body Fortress Strawberry Whey, 42 gram(s)
    Ice & water as preferred

Tips

I have made large batches of the kale, spinach and water and frozen them for future use, mainly because I don't want my veggies to spoil on me.


Directions

No cooking, just throw the kale & spinach into your blender along with about 1/2 cup of water. Once well blended and no individual chunks able to be seen, add in all the rest.

Serving Size: Half of mixture, whatever that ends up being.
