Ingredients

    4 Chicken Thighs (Boneless/Skinless)
    2 Cups Chinese Sticky Rice cooked
    2.5 cups Kirkland Frozen Mixed Vegetables
    2 tbsp Kirkland Mediterranean Blend Oil
    1 tbsp Sesame Oil
    1 tsp ground ginger
    4 tsp garlic powder
    2 tsp white pepper
    2 tsp salt
    2 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

Directions

Cut up raw chicken in to bite sized pieces and season
Cook chicken in two tbsp oil
Add frozen vegetables toss til soft
Add cooked rice blend, toss chicken and vegetables
Add teriyaki sauce and continue to toss & blend
Once well blended, stir in sesame oil
Serve
