Ingredients

    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2tbsp
    Beef, round steak, .cut in strips. 75 lb
    Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce - 1 Tablespoon -2 tbsp
    Mirin, 2 tbsp
    Sesame Oil, 2 1tsp
    1 cup water
    1 yellow onion, chopped.
    1 tsp garlic powder or 2 cloves fresh garlic
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    1 cup cauliflower, fresh chopped
    Zucchini diced 1 cup.
    Yellow Squash, diced 1 cup.
    Pasta, cooked, 7 oz

Tips

Vegetables should be crisp, not overcooked.


Directions

Brown the beef for about two minutes in olive oil. Add soy sauce, Mirin, Sesame oil and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil. Simmer about 1 hour. Set the beef and sauce aside. In olive oil, stir fry onion until clear. Add yellow squash, zuccini, broccoli and cauliflower. Cook on high heat for 2 minutes. Turn heat down to simmer, cover and cook for another 3 minutes. Serve with bow tie pasta.
