Ingredients

    1 cup steel cut oats
    1-20 oz. crushed pineapple (do not drain)
    2 tsp. ground flax seed
    1 large apple shredded with skin
    1/2 cup raisins (not packed)
    1 cup shredded raw carrot
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 cup water

Tips

This is naturally sweetened but may not be sweet enough for some. You could add maple syrup, brown sugar or stevia. We like to put almond milk on it.


Directions

Put all ingredients in oiled slow cooker. Stir well. Cook overnight on low
