Ingredients


    Ingredients:
    Cream Cheese--Philadelphia Cream Cheese 1/3 less fat, 16 oz
    *Truvia Baking Blend, 5 tbsp (
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 3 large
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
    Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice, 1 tbsp
    Vanilla Wafers, lower fat, 40 small
    Pie fillings, canned, cherry, 1 can

Directions

Mix all wet ingredients (except cherry filling)

Put 1 Wafer per baking tin
Spoon 3 tbsp filling into each baking tin

Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Let cool and top with cherry pie filling. Refrigerate

Makes about 4 dozen.
I have calculated nutrition for 40 instead of 48 because I tend to overfill
