Ingredients

    2 cups large or 1 cup medium red grapes
    1 cup Kale, raw chopped
    1 cup sprouts
    1/2 cup unfiltered apple cider
    1 T chia seeds
    1 T cold milled ground flax seed
    1 t. cinnamon
    8 to 12 ice cubes

Directions

add all ingredients except ice to blender container. Blend until smooth. Add ice and blend. Great way to power your day!
