Ingredients

1. In a large mixing bowl add all dry ingredients blend.
2. Add 2 eggs and 8 oz. lite cool whip.
3. Mix with hand mixer until combined and shiny.
4. Use a tsp. meat baller and dip into batter.
5. Place powdered sugar in clean and empty cool whip container.
6. Drop mix from baller into powdered sugar.
7. Holding bowl, swirl in small quick circle until ball is covered with powdered sugar.
8. Place ball onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
9. Place balls in a 5 pattern as in dominoes. As they will spread. (2, 1, 2, 1. 2)
10. Making the balls smaller will give you more even baking time and more cookies.
11. Cookies should be a light tan with powdered sugar crackled on top.
12. Remove parchment paper from cookies sheet onto drying rack to cool.
13. Add new parchment paper to cookie sheet and repeat process.
Tips
Layer cookies in plastic lidded container with parchment paper to keep from sticking. If cooled thoroughly, powdered sugar is less likely to fall off as you eat them.
I have made them with spice cake mix adding ginger, nutmeg, and cinnamon spices.
Red devils food cake mix with cocoa powder and red food coloring. Dipped in while powdered sugar as others.
Chocolate brownie mix with added cocoa powder.
Pineapple cake mix with vanilla or rum extract is scrumptious.
Directions
350 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes
