Ingredients
-
200g Minced Pork
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
40g Red Onion
5 cabbage leaves
Tips
If you are a bit on the 'saucy' side, you can add some full fat mayo to the mixture before rolling it in the cabbage leaves.
Directions
Steam the cabbage leaves for 5 minutes and leave in the steam to keep warm. Dice the onion and pepper and dry fry in a ceramic non stick pan for 5 minutes. Add the pork and fry at a medium heat for 7 minutes. Leave to rest for a few minutes whilst getting your cabbage leaves ready for rolling! Portion equally the pork mixture onto each cabbage leaf and fold the left side to right side first. Then the bottom flap comes up and roll up to the top. Do this with all 5 leaves.
