Ingredients

    3 Cups Mashed Sweet Potatoes (1 large can)
    1/4 Cup Butter
    2 Eggs
    1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
    1 tsp. Vanilla

    Topping
    1 Cup Brown Sugar
    1/2 Cup Flour
    1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
    1/3 Cup Butter

Tips

Butter should be room temperature so that it is soft, but not liquid.

Double the recipe and put into a regular cake pan for a bigger crowd.


Directions

Mix mashed sweet potatoes, 1/4 cup butter, granulated sugar, and vanilla together. Pour into a square baking pan.

Mix brown sugar, flour, walnuts, and 1/3 cup butter together. Sprinkle over top of potatoes.

Bake at 350 for 30-40 mins
