    1 1lb ground venison

    1 jar ragu garlic pasta sauce

    1 clove garlic
    1 cup fresh spinach
    1/2 cup kale leaves
    1/2 cup water

Tips

serve over wheat pasta


Directions

brown & crumble meat.

Put spinach, garlic, kale, & water in blender until desired consistency.
Add Ragu to blender & blend well 1 min.

Add contents from blender to the meat
