Ingredients

    PUT THE DRY MIX INTO A ZIPLOCK BAG:

    1 1/2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
    1/4 Cup white sugar (12 tsp)
    1/2 Cup Splenda OR Stevia (24 tsp)
    1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
    1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
    1/2 teaspoon Salt

    Mix together and store in a quart size ziplock bag.

    Write instructions on the bag to add: 1 Stick Softened Butter, 1 Large Egg, 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract.

    Roll out 1/4 inch thick & cut into shapes.
    Mix & Bake at 350 degrees for 9-11 minutes.

    Decorate with icing when cool or use candies while baking. Also good with just a dusting of sugar on top.



Tips

Roll up extra dough & recut it u till there isn't any more left. If it gets too soft, put it in the icebox to cool off.
