Ingredients

    2 cups of carrots
    2 medium pears
    1 medium apple
    1 cup of fresh or frozen green beans
    0.5 cup of spinach (packed)
    2 cups water
    1.5 tbsp of ground almond meal
    0.25 tsp of cayenne pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender (like a VitaMix). Blend until smooth. Enjoy! Can also be warmed for an awesome soup.
