Ingredients

Sauce:
1/2 cup Low Sodium Chicken stock
1 tbsp Corn Starch
1/2 cup of prepared crystal light pink lemonade
4 tablespoons soya sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
Non stick cooking spray
2 cooked chicken breasts thinly sliced
1 small package broccoli slaw (about 2 cups)
1/2 bag tri colour cabbage slaw
Topping:
Green onion
Sesame seeds
Tips
Can make a beef or veggie version by changing broth and meat.
Directions
Make sauce:
Heat chicken stock for 30 seconds in microwave add to small bowl and wisk til smooth. Add rest of ck ingredients to sauce and stir.
Spray non stick frying pan with spray and heat. Add chicken,minced garlic, ginger and half the sauce. When warm and bubbling add both slaw and rest of sauce. Stir and cover, cook 2 or 3 min then stir again, cook for 3 more min.
Serve in bowl and top with green onions and sesame sauce.
Want a little kick? Mix soya sauce, rice vinegar, lemonade, ginger and sambal oelek in a cup and heat 30 seconds then pour on stir-fry.
