    1 cup coarsely crumbled tortilla chips
    1 pound boneless, skinless, chicken breast cut into bite size pieces
    1-15 ounce can cream style corn
    1-15 ounce can black beans
    3/4 cup Pace Picante Sauce
    1/2 cup chopped green or red bell peppers
    1 cup mild cheddar cheese shredded
    1 small can sliced pitted ripe olives
    1 green onion chopped up


the only chips calculated in this recipe are the ones in the casserole.


1. Cook chicken in a large skillet until done.
2. Layer the crumbled chips, chicken, corn, beans and picante sauce in a 8x8 baking dish.
3. Top with cheese, peppers, onions and olives.
4. Bake in oven @ 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips
