    2 cups Almond Flour
    1/4 cup Flax Meal
    2 tb coconut flour
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    5 lg eggs
    1tb olive oil
    1 tb honey
    1 tb apple cider vinegar


keep an eye around 30/35 min top will get quite golden, sometimes up to 45 min for thorough cooking, and check center with tooth pick, should come out clean, pull it out and let it heat through the rest of the way so it doesn't get too dried out.


pulse dry ingredients until incorporated, then pulse in the wet ingredients. Place in mini loaf pan and put in the oven
