Introduction

Light and a little spicy. Super fast and yummy. Light and a little spicy. Super fast and yummy.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    2 garlic cloves crushed
    1.5 tsp red peper flakes
    3 cups fresh Kales cut off stem and shredded
    1 box (48 oz.) Chicken broth
    1 can (15.5 oz.) Chickpeas drained and rinsed

Tips

you can adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to lighten or increase spicy heat.


Directions

saute crushed garlic in olive oil for about 1 minute. Add pepper flakes and sauté briefly. Add fresh Kale and sauté for about 3 minutes stirring to coat leaves as they cook and wilt slightly. Add chicken broth and 1 can Chickpeas rinsed.
