Ingredients

1 box; no-boil lasagna noodles
32 oz container of cottage cheese
1 lb. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Parsley, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste
24 oz spaghetti sauce of choice
small can of tomato paste (6oz.)
1 lb. hamburger
9x13 pan
Tips
*Prep Time was guessed on (I had pre-browned hamburger earlier in the week).

Directions
Begin by browning and draining hamburger.
Mix hamburger, spaghetti sauce and tomato paste in a bowl (mix in one cup of water for the noodles).
Mix cottage, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses in a bowl. Save about 1 cup of mozz. cheese for topping.
Add seasonings to cheese mixture (paarsley, Italian, salt and pepper)
Line bottom of the pan with one layer of noodles (they do not need to be cooked). Start layering the meat sauce mixture, noodles, then cheese mixture, alternating one at a time. (I ended up with 4 layers of noodles and 2 each of cheese and meat sauce.
The final layer was the cheese layer and I sprinkled the extra mozzarella on top. I added more parsley on top for garnish.
Serving Size: 15 servings
