    1 1/4 cup ground flax seed (flax seed meal)
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    1 chopped apple (medium sized)
    1/2 cup splenda
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/2 cup water


Preheat oven to 350. Mix ry ingredients, then add the rest. Let batter stand 10 minutes then bake for 18 minutes.
