Introduction

These are a very low carb bread or roll with a light texture. These are a very low carb bread or roll with a light texture.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 egg whites
    1/4 cup egg substitute
    1/4 tsp cream of tartar
    dash salt
    2 drops liquid sucralose

Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until light and fluffy.

Blend cream cheese and egg substitute together. Add sucralose and salt. Fold into egg whites.

Make 6 servings on baking sheet and back for 35 minutes. Use as a carb free bun for burgers, etc.
