Tips

This is a very easily customized recipe & I stripped it down to allow for you to do so. I like my garlic strong, so I generally triple this and sometimes add some dehydrated garlic later.

Directions

melt margarine in saucepan, then cook onions & chopped garlic until tender. Add cream cheese and milk. Cook until smooth, over low-medium heat, then add defrosted spinach, , worchester sauce & lemon juice (and hot pepper sauce if desired). Stir until evenly distributed, adding herbs & spices to taste as desired. (Not included in calculations, but I generally use red pepper flakes, salt & pepper). Garnish with bacon bits, or perhaps red pepper bits if preferred; you could also mix those through the dip with the spinach.
