Ingredients

    1/4 box tofu (4 oz.), diced
    1 med. zucchini, sliced
    1 small yellow onion, sliced
    1 celery stick, diced
    Geisha mixed vegetables, 1 can, rinsed and drained
    1 green pepper, sliced
    Sunflower seeds, 1 TBSP
    1 cup broccoli, chopped
    1 tsp grated ginger
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1 tsp sesame chili oil
    1 clove garlic, minced


Tips

Serve with rice if desired.

Increase or decrease ginger to taste preference.


Directions

1. Cook tofu in minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil over high heat until seared,set aside.

2. Cook all vegetables with sesame chili oil in hot pan.

3. Combine, mix well and serve.
