Make a fruit compote with slices pears, apples or peaches, sautéed in 1 T of butter with brown sugar and cinnamon if desired.


Directions

Mix all ingredients in blender. Pour into 12 lightly sprayed muffin tins. Bake at 425 for 23 minutes
