Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can field peas, rinsed
    1 can black eye peas, rinsed
    2 cups sugar snap peas - steamed
    2 tsp dip seasoning blend - I used hot artichoke garlic
    3 small peppers - red, yellow and orange chopped small

Directions

Drain and rises cans of peas thoroughly. Steam sugar snap peas (I used Kroger steamable sugar snap peas). Core and chop mini peppers. Combine all ingredients including seasoning mix. Chill and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 8 2/3 cup servings
