Ingredients

    1 lb stew meat
    1 cup onion
    1 cup carrots
    1 cup zucchini
    2 celery stalks, sliced
    1 red bell pepper, chopped
    2 tsp salt
    1/5 tsp pepper
    2 tsp minced garlic
    1 can canned tomatoes (14 oz)
    1 can tomato sauce (8oz)

Tips

serve with warm cornbread.

Directions

Put all igredients into a ziplock bag and freeze.

Thaw bag in fridge over night - add contents to crockpot and cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours.
