Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
    1.5 oz canned beets with some juice (NOT pickled!)
    1 cup romaine lettuce
    1/2 Tbsp low fat peanut butter
    1 pkg Stevia (or to taste)
    water for consistency (about 1/2 cup)

Tips

Freeze all ingredients except lettuce and water in individual freezer baggies to make a week or more in advance. Just add lettuce and water, and blend....saving even a few moments in the morning can help ensure a healthy start to the day.


Directions

Blend all together, adding more water as desired to appropriate consistency.
