Introduction

Checken meat for burritos or tacos. Checken meat for burritos or tacos.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 pound cubed (1.5") chicken breast (99% fat free preferred)
    1 can 99% FF chicken broth (apx14.5 oz)
    1 4 oz can diced green chills (I use hot Hatch brand)
    i small onion, diced small
    1/4 C diced bell pepper (I use red)
    Taco seasoning blend. I use a saltless mix. 2t to 2T



Tips

Add hot sauce or hot pepper flakes to your personal taste. Use to fill taco shells, burritos or add to salads.


Directions

Place all ingredients in covered skillet or saucepan. Bring to near boil and reduce heat to simmer. Cook 30 minutes. Turn up heat to cook off any remaining liquid.
