    (bell peppers 3 medium will make approx 575-600 gr)
    * red pepper 175-100g
    * orange pepper 175-100g
    * yellow pepper 175-100g
    Cut in approx 1" squares
    * 150 gr celery (approx 5 stalks)
    * 85 gr asparagus (approx 7 spears)
    * 190 gr spanish onion (1 large one)
    * 200 gr zucchini (approx 3 medium)
    * 140 gr portobella mushroom (approx 3 large)
    * 1/4 cup olive oil
    * Diana Marinade sauce teriyaki
    * Adobo --- spicy a pinch
    * 575 gr beef sirloin

Directions

cut all veggies in big 1" squares
cook beef with adobo
cook veggies with olive oil
