Ingredients

    1 10oz Bag of Frozen Mixed Veggis, Prefferably Californian Style.
    1 227g cooked Shrimp Ring (Thawed and de-tailed)
    1 Cup (can) Muchrooms not drained
    1 Green Bell Pepper (Seeded and sliced)
    1 Lg Onion (Sliced)
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Black Pepper
    1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/4 Cup Soya Sauce
    1 tbsp Oil
    1 Pkg Uncle Bens F&F Fine Herb n Wild Rice

Directions

1. Cook Rice as directed on package.
2. In a Large Deep Frying pan or Wok add can of mushrooms (with juice), 1 tbsp oil, 1/4 water, bag of frozenveg's and green pepper. Cover and cook on med-low for 10-15 mins. stirring every 5 mins.
3. Add onion, shrimp, salt, pepper and garlic powder, cover and continue cooking till all veggies are tender.
4. Add soya sauce to veggies, stir and cook 5 mins uncovered.
5. Add 1/4 of each, Rice and Stir Fry to Plates and Enjoy!
