Ingredients

    Cream Cheese, 8 tbsp (use fat free to save calories)
    5 Mission 8" Whole Wheat 96.6% Fat Free Tortilla
    Ground beef, 8 oz (use lean to save calories)
    Green Bell Pepper, chopped

Directions

Brown hamburger. Drain.
Put in mixing bowl. Add cream cheese and chopped green pepper. Spread mixture on tortillas and roll. Let chill so mix can harden, then cut into pieces. Serve with salsa!

Serving Size: Cut rolls into 7 smaller pieces each, which should be about 35 pieces.
