Hunt's Tomato Puree' 29oz can (1/4 cup serv), 13 serving (remove)
##*Ground Beef 93% Lean, 8 oz (remove)
##Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 1 cup (remove)
##*Hodgson Mill Whole Grain Lasagne, 9 oz (remove)
##Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large (remove)
##Kraft Italian Five Chesse, 224 gram(s) (remove)
##Spinach, frozen, .5 package (10 oz) yields (remove)
##Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, 4 oz (remove)
##*liquid stevia (5 drops), 1 serving (remove)
Directions
Ground Beef with onion. Add tomato puree, minced garlic and salt(to taste). Simmer for awhile. Then add stevia extract to taste. Blend egg, cottage cheese and one half Italian Five cheese with drained spinach.
Place one third of sauce on bottom of pan. Add 3 uncooked lasagna noodles. Add one third of cheese spinach mixture. Repeat for two more layer. Cover top layer with sauce and cheese. Cover with plastic but leave a vented open corner. Microwave on high for 8 minutes. Turn 90 degrees and then microwave for 10 minutes at 50%. Turn 90 degrees and microwave for another 10 minutes. Turn 90 degrees and microwave for 5 minutes. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
