    1 pound stew beef, cut into 1/2- inch cube
    1 14 1/2 can diced tomatoes
    2 medium onions, diced
    2 medium potatoes, diced
    3 cups water
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    1 10-ounce package frozen mixed vegetables

Directions

Put all ingredients in Crock-Pot. Cover; cook on low 8 to 12 hours (High: 4 to 6 hours)
