Ingredients
-

12 Servings- Prepared, Hungry Jacks Mashed Potatoes
2 LB. Frozen Yellow Corn
1/4 cup Onions - 1/2 cup if frozen

Tips
Can replace corn with green peas.
Corn can be a 15 oz. can, drained.
Can use 1/2 of a 15 oz. can of, Cream of Celery soup, if you don't have celery on hand. Still add it to the cooked beef, simmer on low.
I make the mashed pots. loose or creamy, to account for drying out during the baking process.
The timing isn't all ways the same between the browning of the meat and waiting for the boiling.
Directions
1. In 1 medium sized pot, start the Hungry Jacks Mashed Potatoes. Heat 4 cups of milk and 4 Tbs. butter. While waiting to boil, continue
2. In a large frying pan, cook and drain the ground beef. Then add onions and celery, let simmer on low heat.
3. Finish Mashed Potatoes by adding flakes for 12 servings. Then let cool. And preheat oven to 400 degrees.
4. Spray a 2 1/2 QT. casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Then place 1/2 of mashed pots. in the bottom of casserole, press firmly down and create a slight well up the sides.
5. Add entire amount of corn, and smooth out (this will cook while in the oven, no need to prepare.).
6. Add entire amount of beef mix, and smooth out.
7. Finish with the last of the mashed pots., press down firmly and smooth out.
