Introduction

These protein rich pancakes taste like fall, and keep you full most of the morning! These protein rich pancakes taste like fall, and keep you full most of the morning!

Ingredients

    1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
    3 TBS Canned Pumpkin Puree
    1 TBS ground flax seed
    2 egg white
    2 TBS almond milk, soy milk, or skim milk
    1/2 tsp Stevia
    pinch of salt
    pinch of baking powder
    dash of pumpkin pie spice

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Pour onto hot skillet, turn just as bubbles appear. If you wait for too long, they will burn a bit easier than regular pancakes. Don't make too big as they are a bit floppy when you turn them. Top with jam, fruit, or eat plain...tasty just by themselves

    81249/. Cook low and slow, definitely. I made four 5" or 1/4c pancakes, but next time I want to do small silver dollar dunkers. I ate this with with Maple Grove Farms SF Butter Flavor Syrup.
