Ingredients

Low fat mince 400g
One large egg
2 small red chilies (seeds removed)
One small red onion Or 4 spring onions choose finely
One cup of Rice flour
One lime
Two table spoons of oil for cooking
Tips
A very hot pan is best add a little oil for each batch in to the pan
Directions
Finely chop up the vegetables.
Put meat in mixing bowl.
Add the vegetables.
Grate the rind off the lime in to the mixture chop the lime in half and squeeze the juice from both halves in to the mix.
Add the flour.
Add the egg.
Mix with your hands till all the flour is combined then split in to 6 burgers shaped chunks and pan fry in hot oil
