Ingredients

    *1lb Steamed Shrimp, 1 serving
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Scallions, raw, 1 medium (4-1/8" long)
    Hellmann's Mayonaise, 4 tbsp
    Sour Cream, 4 tbsp
    Annie's Naturals Organic Horseradish Mustard, 3 tsp
    *Lemon Juice, 1 wedge yields
    Dill

Directions

Dice celery and green onion. Roughly chop shrimp. Mix mayo, sour cream, mustard,lemon juice and dill. Fold shrimp and veggies into dressing. Season to taste. Makes approx. 4 servings.
